Founder Lori Owens brings nearly three decades of passionate real estate and personal development experience to land investing. She earned her Illinois Real Estate Salesperson License in 1997, starting her stellar career with Coldwell Banker Brown in Edwardsville, Illinois.
True resilience defines Lori’s journey. During her recovery years, she studied mindset deeply and became a Law of Attraction Certified Coach (2020), strengthening her ability to listen to, understand, and support people through transitions.
As her health returned, she aggressively advanced her technical real estate expertise, earning certifications as a Certified Private Money Broker (2023) and Certified Reverse REO Specialist (2023). She is currently completing advanced training through Joe McCall’s Dirt Flipping Program, continuous education that fuels Cedar Peak’s high-converting deal-flow systems.
